How do I create an account?

Download the Ohh Foodies app from the App Store and tap "Sign Up". Sign in with your Apple ID for secure, instant access.

How do I report inappropriate content?

Tap the three dots (⋯) on any post and select "Report". Choose the reason for your report and submit. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We take content violations seriously and appreciate your help in keeping our community safe.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Privacy → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your decision. Please note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone. All your posts, followers, and data will be permanently deleted.

How do I claim a restaurant or venue?

Navigate to the venue's page and tap the "Claim this venue" button. You'll need to provide proof of ownership or authorization to manage the venue. Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Ohh Foodies, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll retain premium access until the end of your current billing period.

Why can't I see some posts in my feed?

Posts in your feed are personalized based on your interests, who you follow, and engagement. If you're not seeing posts from someone you follow, check their profile directly or adjust your notification settings to get alerts when they post.

How do I enable push notifications?

Go to your iPhone's Settings → Ohh Foodies → Notifications and enable notifications. Within the app, you can customize which types of notifications you receive in Settings → Notifications.
